All parcels are sent by courier/ Royal mail

All parcels are recorded delivery

Delivery is usually within 5 - 8 days.

Cost is £5.95 per order to the UK mainland - with FREE shipping on all orders over £85 to the UK mainland.

Shipping to all other UK areas is £10.

International shipping is available on request.

It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of items promoted on our website but occasionally we may run out of a product before we’ve had time to refresh our site. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (or a part of your order) we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of the order for a full refund, including the cost of  delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
